Clear answers about our work, your giving, and how we stay accountable.
General
How can I donate?
You can donate through this website using the Donate button on any page. The process is secure, and you can choose a one-time gift or set up a recurring donation to support our ongoing work.
How will my donation be used?
Your donation directly funds our relief work — food, clean water, healthcare, orphan care and livelihoods. We prioritise transparency and ensure funds reach the communities that need them most.
Can I choose which programme my donation supports?
Yes. You can give to a specific campaign or project — a food parcel, a water tanker, an orphan sponsorship — and your gift will be applied to it. If you do not specify, we direct your gift to where the need is greatest, which lets us respond quickly to urgent situations.
How will I know what my donation achieved?
We keep donors informed through regular updates by email, social media and newsletters, showing the impact of their support.
Is Euro Relief a registered charity?
Yes. Euro Relief is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, charity number 1197389, as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Association model).
Where does Euro Relief work?
Our current focus is on Palestinian refugees and displaced families — in occupied Palestine including Gaza, and in Jordan, Lebanon and Syria — alongside our work supporting communities in the United Kingdom.
Can I give Zakat to Euro Relief?
Yes. Zakat-eligible contributions are held separately and disbursed only for Zakat-eligible purposes, in line with our Zakat Policy.
Is my payment secure?
Card payments are handled by our payment providers on PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.
